Audition Information

Include your music/orchestral experience via a one-page music resume.. Please list your recent orchestral experience or musical education to: auditions@anchoragecivicorchestra.org (include the words "Auditions" in the title of your email, and attach your resume as a .pdf document), or send the information via U.S. Mail to Anchorage Civic Orchestra, ATTN: Auditions, P. O. Box 233256, Anchorage, AK 99523.
The season begins in early September and ends in May. Orchestra rehearsals are on Tuesdays, 7:15pm - 9:30pm at the Anchorage Lutheran Church; 1420 N. Street. Musician dues are $120 per year or $40 per concert. Additionally, members are encouraged to sell advertising space for each concert program, procure donations and volunteer to assist with some non-playing duties.
